Pros of our stay at Yen Villa: The family running the place were incredibly kind and helpful. They respected our privacy and only entered our room with permission. They happily changed towels and sheets upon request. The location was a pleasant 10-15 min walk from the center and markets. They offered affordable tours and free bicycle rentals. The room was spotlessly clean and the breakfast was delicious.

We were blown away by the location of this hidden gem! It may seem a bit far from the center, but crossing the bridge lands you in a tranquil haven away from the city buzz. The incredibly friendly and helpful host family made our stay extra special. The breakfast spread was absolutely mind-blowing, and our daughter was thrilled to have a new friend to play with. Relaxing by the sparkling pool was an absolute delight. We also loved the convenience of being able to order delicious dishes from an outside restaurant. The spacious and comfortable rooms had all the amenities we needed, and the proximity to the old town center was super convenient. The free bikes provided were a fantastic way to explore the area. our stay here was simply jaw-dropping!

I recently had a fantastic stay at a lovely villa in Hoi An. the warm and welcoming staff at Yen Villa made our experience truly memorable. They went above and beyond to assist us with tour arrangements, ticket bookings, and providing helpful information about the area. the rooms were spacious, clean, and had a balcony which overlooked the beautiful garden and pool. the included breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options and complimentary beverages. the location was perfect - a quiet neighborhood just a short 5-minute walk from the old city center. the overall aesthetic of the place was pleasing and the swimming pool was a delightful addition. This spot is definitely not to be missed, and I'm already looking forward to returning in the future. The value for the price was exceptional. Cons: Nothing, all was good 🙂.

I had a great value for my money at Yen Villa. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a big shower room. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the old town center. The staff treated me like family, always helpful and friendly. Plus, the breakfast options were superb and freshly prepared.
One small improvement for breakfast offerings would be to provide a squeegee to remove water from the bathroom floor.

The location was just a short walk away from the lively city center, making it easy to explore the vibrant streets and markets. the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable, even accommodating our late check-in and early check-out. They even arranged tours and transportation for us, taking away any hassle. Plus, the room was clean and spacious, with a balcony overlooking the inviting pool and lush gardens. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind after a busy day of exploring.
The walk to the city center, as the narrow sidewalks and busy traffic made it a bit challenging. the pool only had two sunbathing beds, which could be a bit of a challenge during peak times.
